- Application usage logs and operational records

- Real-time video streams from connected IP cameras
- Recorded video stored on local storage (e.g., SD card)
- Motion detection event data
1.3 Notification Data
- Event-triggered notification content (e.g., motion alerts)
1.4 Google User Data (Gmail API)
When explicitly authorized by the user via Google OAuth, IPmotion accesses limited Gmail functionality using the Gmail API (gmail.send).
No other Google services or data are accessed.
Collected information is used solely to:
- Provide IP camera monitoring and event notifications
- Send automated alert emails on behalf of the user
- Improve application stability and reliability
- Comply with applicable laws or legal requests
3. Google User Data Disclosure (Gmail API)
3.1 Data Accessed
With user consent, IPmotion accesses:
- Gmail sending capability
- Sender email address
- Email content generated by the system (subject, body, attachments)
3.2 Data Usage
Google user data is used only to send event-based notification emails (e.g., IP camera motion alerts).
IPmotion does not read, modify, store, or access any existing emails in the user's mailbox.
3.3 Data Sharing
Google user data is not shared with any third parties.
3.4 Data Storage & Protection
- Email content is processed temporarily in memory for sending purposes only
- No Gmail data is permanently stored on our servers
- Access is secured using OAuth 2.0 authorization provided by Google
3.5 Data Retention & Deletion
- Gmail user data is not retained after an email is sent
- Users may revoke Gmail access at any time through their Google Account security settings
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Information may be shared only:
- When required by law or legal process
- With service providers strictly necessary for system operation, under confidentiality obligations

We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including:
- Encrypted communications
