1. How can we configure the IP camera once we had installed in local network?
We provide a program named ‘IP installer’ which can locate and modify the setting of the IP camera
2. Why the IP cameras appeared to be slow responses ?
One of the most common reason was due the bandwidth of the network. Try to replace the switch with a giga bit switch or limit the number of cameras in the network
3. Why the display screen of the camera appeared to be flickering?
In correct shutter speed is the main reason of flickering. Try to avoid pointing to light sources and set the shutter speed to indoor mode
4. Is there any convenient way of accessing the camera / NVR system
when the system was connected through a non fixed IP connection?
We provided a DDNS server which enable our customers a simple and easy way to access the camera/NVR system
5. The clock of NVR drifted away for some time, how can I solve the problem?
We provide a ‘NTP’ function which enables the IP camera/NVR synchronous to a NTP server
6. Is there any easy way to upgrade firmware without going to the customer’s site?
We provide remote firmware upgrade through internet, once the system is connected to the internet, and then you can upgrade the system remotely
7. Can we mask out part of the screen for privacy purpose?
We provide at least 3 area of privacy masking area and up to 6 area in some models
8. How can we inform at the first moment if alarm event was trigger in the NVR
system?
We provided an email system which can send out email when ever there was alarm triggered
9. How to avoid the camera from switching back and forth within the region of day
and night mode?
By adjusting the ‘Night to Day’ and ‘Day to Night’ lux level set points, you can avoid the above problem
10. What is the advantage of DWDR?
Our DWDR function can enhance the picture quality of the dark area when there is a huge different of contrass
